A view by chair with each appointment's practitioner and status. The front desk sends WhatsApp reminders with a link the patient uses to confirm.

MSP form 033 section by section, signed by the practitioner and printed in the official layout. Each correction is kept as a new signed version.

Odontogram and treatment plan
Findings by surface and tooth in permanent, primary, or mixed dentition. Planned work moves to the treatment plan.

Oplanner Clinics is for a clinic with a front desk, chairs, and a team: it includes branches, a cash drawer, form 033, prescriptions, and consent, and it is billed per clinic. Oplanner Specialists is a personal account for the dentist who works in several clinics, and it is billed per professional.
Are invoices authorized by the SRI?
Yes, if the data is correct. Oplanner signs the invoice with your electronic signature certificate and sends it to the SRI, which authorizes it. If the SRI rejects it, Oplanner shows the reason so you can correct it.
Do I need an electronic signature to invoice?
Yes. The SRI requires a valid electronic signature certificate. You upload it once in the invoicing settings.
Does it include MSP form 033?
Yes, in Oplanner Clinics. Practitioners fill in the clinical record section by section, sign it, and print it in the official layout. Later corrections are kept as signed versions.
Can I print prescriptions?
Yes, in Oplanner Clinics. The prescription and instructions print on one A4 sheet with a number, signature, and the practitioner's stamp. Clinics can save frequent prescriptions as templates.
